We offer a premium, executive service for all your property needs, key holding, maintenance, alterations, painting, full cleaning services from deep clean to hand over for rental property owners.

We are happy just to hold your key.

Based on Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort, Sucina, Murcia, Spain covering all surrounding areas including golf resorts and private residential properties.

Building Works

All building works, from simple lock change, to a complete refurb. Ie New kitchen, bathroom, glass curtains, decking, UPVC doors etc. All work carried out to a very high standard by time served tradesmen.

Golf Hire

Men’s TaylorMade RAC and Callaway Great Big Bertha Driver. Including Bag – £65 per week. Ladies Full Set Callaway Solitaire. Including Bag – £65 per week. Three wheel Master 2 Golf Trolleys available – £25 each

Painting

Interior/exterior painting, railings etc to include all levels of interior design

Furniture Installation

Full furniture installation from one small item to furnishing an entire apartment or villa.

Airport Transfers

Friendly Airport Transfers (up to four persons with luggage) – call for pricing
